4.1 All account balances on fry49 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
4.2 fry49 accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL digital, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time and will be displayed within the account wallet section.
4.3 Deposits are credited to the player account upon confirmed receipt by fry49's payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in the account balance.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours of the request being submitted, subject to verification checks. fry49 does not guarantee processing within this timeframe where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same fry49 account. fry49 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.6 fry49 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's account balance.
4.7 Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from fry49's operational funds. This segregation is maintained at all times and ensures that player balances are protected from any platform-level financial obligations.
5.1 fry49 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
5.2 Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all fry49 promotional offers:

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on fry49 are final once confirmed. fry49 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where fry49 determines that a manifest error has occurred.
6.2 fry49 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or on incorrect market parameters resulting from a manifest error in the sportsbook. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, typographical errors, system errors, or data feed failures that result in materially incorrect odds being displayed.
6.3 The outcome of all casino games, slot titles, and bingo products on fry49 is determined by certified random number generation (RNG). fry49 does not manipulate game outcomes and all RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis.
6.4 In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet settlement, fry49 will attempt to resolve the round using available game logs. Where a complete resolution is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
6.5 Maximum bet limits apply to all fry49 products. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface. fry49 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions at its sole discretion.
6.6 fry49 offers in-play betting on selected sporting events including PSL, Pakistan internationals, and other cricket fixtures. In-play odds are updated in real time. Bets placed during a network interruption or system delay may be settled at odds different from those displayed at the time of placement, and fry49 accepts no liability for such discrepancies.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fry49 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

8.3 Any unauthorised use of fry49 intellectual property may give rise to legal claims for damages and will result in immediate termination of account access.

9.2 fry49 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to any third party except where required to do so by law, by a regulatory authority, or as necessary to operate the platform including the processing of payment transactions.

11.4 In all other cases, fry49's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their fry49 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 fry49 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where fry49 has reason to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for a breach of these Terms, fry49 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including any pending withdrawals, where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or identity misrepresentation.
12.3 Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms — for example, at the Player's own request — the remaining balance net of any pending bonus wagering obligations will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within 14 business days.

13.1 fry49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their fry49 account or via an on-platform notification displayed upon next login.
13.2 Amended Terms take effect 14 days after notification, except where the amendment is required urgently for regulatory compliance purposes, in which case it takes effect immediately upon publication.
13.3 Continued use of the fry49 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under fry49's international gaming licence. The English language version of these Terms is the governing version and shall prevail in the event of any conflict with any translated version.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between fry49 and a Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through fry49's customer support process. 14.3 fry49 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 5 business days and will provide a substantive response within 28 days. Where the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be escalated to the relevant body designated by fry49's applicable licensing authority.
14.4 Players agree that any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory bodies designated under fry49's gaming licence.
